Materials:
Imported 0.23,0.27,cold rolled grain-oriented electrical steel from Japan.
Structural features:
The material of R-shaped iron core is 30ZH105 silicon steel sheet produced by Nippon Steel from Japan. The iron core is wound into an almost round shape with a strip of steel, wide in the centre and narrow in two ends, with no cutting in the middle. So the transformer made with R-shapes iron core has low noise and low temperature rise and high efficiency. The cross section is round with a rectangular window and low magnetic loss.
Application areas:
Transformer, mutual inductor, reactor and choke coil, etc.
